Last week, Fall Creek® hosted a leadership forum here in Oregon for our management team members from around the globe. One of the events was an extraordinary team-building session that involved building children’s bikes in teams. The event culminated with young kids from the YMCA coming into the room to receive their bikes. It was a beautiful moment and all our participants were so honored and moved to see the bikes they built going to these beautiful children.
