Our receptionist at Fall Creek’s main offices, Natasha, brought in some delicious, homemade Blueberry Salsa and we wanted to share the recipe with you! We loved the sweet hints of blueberry in between the heat and spiciness of the other ingredients and couldn’t get enough! It just goes to show, blueberries have a place in almost everything! Here’s the recipe:

Natasha’s Homemade Blueberry Salsa

-1 Yellow Bell Pepper
-1 Orange Bell Pepper
-1 Red Bell Pepper
-1 Green Bell Pepper
-3 Jalapenos
-1 Small Habanero Pepper
-1 Large Purple Onion
-5 Cups Fresh Blueberries
-15 Firm Red Roma Tomatoes
-4 Cups Sun Gold Tomatoes
-3/4 Cups Red Wine Vinegar
-2 Teaspoons Salt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or dice separately and mix together. Let sit overnight and serve.
