Regional Director, US/Canada:

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Regional Director for the U.S. & Canada. This position will be located in Lowell, Oregon.

The Fall Creek Regional Director of the United States and Canada is responsible for directing the business operations in these countries where Fall Creek conducts business in accordance with the policies, goals, and objectives established in the strategic region.

What you will do at Fall Creek:

  • Act as the Executive Management Team’s delegate in the region
  • Build & maintain trusted relationships with all members of the Fall Creek Executive Team
  • Produce exceptional plants, promote the Fall Creek culture, and build strong relationships
  • Provide protection and growth of the Fall Creek brand
  • Manage and develop the Leadership Team to support and Enhance Fall Creek’s collaborative style and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Interact with local institutions, government representatives, suppliers, customers, visitors, and guest of Fall Creek

What you bring to Fall Creek:

  • 15+ years of work experience
  • 5+ years in an executive-level or international management position
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or management position with demonstrated experience in supervising, developing, and providing leadership to employees.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Management, International business, or related field
  • Understanding of plant intellectual property licensing, rules, and laws
