Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager:

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager. This position will be located in Aznalcázar, Spain.

The Fall Creek Infrastructure and Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, farms, and other facilities. The position plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, legalization of infrastructure, labor materials, and other related costs.

What you will do at Fall Creek:

  • Manage the personnel and daily operation of the maintenance department.
  • Responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of machinery, mechanical equipment, environmental monitoring systems, and other systems at the nursery.
  • Ensure that all equipment and systems are safe, according to legal requirements, reliable, and in good working order.

What you bring to Fall Creek:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory or management position with proven ability to manage, develop, and mentor staff.
  • 5+ years of experience as a maintenance, construction, or facilities manager in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience installing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment.
  • Degree in Engineering with experience in project management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
