We want to keep your trucks on the road - moving. Loading and unloading time will be much faster with your cooperation and attention these details.
All Truck Drivers must call ahead to schedule a dock appointment and to get directions.We have 3 different locations - Home Place, Windy Flat & Pleasant Hill/Brabham Rd. If your paperwork does not specify a location, please confirm with our shipping coordinator.

Shipping & Receiving
Drivers, please read and follow these guidelines:- Trucks arriving without an appointment will be handled only as time allows.
- Our shipping crews are valued employees and are very good at what they do. In general, they do not have information beyond the immediate shipment (the number of bins to be loaded). Drivers should work with our shipping managers, not the crews, to answer questions and discuss time frames, load weights and other details.
- For safety, drivers should stay clear of personnel and machinery while trailer is being loaded.
- Please do not leave the dock area without checking in at the office. The canyard (any area with potted plants) is off limits.
- Drivers are prohibited from temporarily off loading any plant material on FCFN loading docks or property.
- Leaving pallets behind is also prohibited. If we have purchased a full trailer, please do not bring any pallets with you. Any pallets that take up needed footage in the trailer must be removed.
- Our typical load consists of custom bin boxes with a footprint that is larger than a standard pallet. They cannot be stacked. At a maximum, a 48’ van holds 24 of our bins, and a 53’ van holds 26 of our bins. If your paperwork does not specify how much space is required, please contact our shipping coordinator.
- All trailers should have 2 load locks for use by Fall Creek™ when needed.
- All trailers should arrive clean, in good repair and free from soil, media and plant debris. We do not have facilities for cleaning trailers.
We reserve the right to not load any trailer if any of the above conditions are in question.
Directions to Fall Creek Farm & Nursery™
39318 Jasper-Lowell Rd
This farm can only be approached from one direction. (The turn into the driveway is too sharp for semis turning left.)
From I-5 - North or South:
Take Hwy 58 / Oakridge exit 188A. Travel east on Hwy 58 - 6 miles to Pleasant Hill. ¼ mile past the school, turn left at flashing yellow light onto Parkway Rd. Go 3 miles to Jasper. Turn right onto Jasper Rd and travel 3.8 miles to the left turn lane. Turn left onto Jasper-Lowell Rd (don’t miss this turn!) and go 2 miles to Fall Creek. Turn right 300 yards past Fall Creek Market. Go approximately 1/2 mile. Entrance to the nursery is on the right. Please slow to 5 mph.
Windy Flat - Truck Route
40313 Little Fall Creek Rd
From I-5 - North or South:
Take Hwy 58 / Oakridge exit 188A. Travel east on Hwy 58 - 6 miles to Pleasant Hill. ¼ mile past the school, turn left at flashing yellow light onto Parkway Rd. Go 3 miles to Jasper. Turn right onto Jasper Rd and travel 3.8 miles to the left turn lane. Turn left onto Jasper-Lowell Rd (don’t miss this turn!) and go 2 miles to Fall Creek. Pass Fall Creek Market and continue straight ahead on Little Fall Creek Rd 2.5 miles. Watch for Truck Entrance sign; turn left at 40313 Little Fall Creek Rd. Please slow to 5 mph.
Pleasant Hill Location
35271 Brabham Road; Pleasant Hill
From Interstate I-5:
Take Hwy 58 / Oakridge exit 188A. Travel east on Hwy 58 about 3 miles. Cross the green bridge over the river, then take the first road to the left after the bridge: Brabham Rd. Travel north on Brabham Rd approximately 150 yards. The Brabham Road Field Stock Operation is on your left, with the entrance between the two wooden pillar-posts. Please slow to 5 mph.
